Jacques Mebius

Jacques brings tenacious project management and process development to the Green Property Advisors team. He has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate development and management. Precisely with multi-family developments in the Southeast. Previously, Jacques managed a regional retail chain and worked in venture capital. He holds a graduate degree in economics from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
Erik Lunt
Chief Technology Officer

Erik, is a U.S. Marine who served as a nuclear, biological, and chemical weapons specialist. Erik provides expertise in the area of environmental regulations, building codes, and green building codes. In addition, his expertise in technical issues, and regulation compliance is unmatched. Previously, he provided environmental safety, hazardous waste, and industrial hygiene consulting services. He provided these services to Royal Dutch Shell, MARTA, Lafarge, Clorox, Home Depot, and others. Erik attended school at the University of Georgia where he earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Environmental Health Science.
Rusty Burleigh

Over the last 30 years, Rusty has been involved in almost every area of the real estate business. Starting out in the mortgage business, he then ventured into sales and development. He now brings his sales and marketing expertise to GPA. Rusty has a passion for excellent customer service. In addition, he focuses on finding a solution for each customer to correctly fit their needs. Rusty is a Louisiana native with a love of the outdoors and travel.
Chris White PE
Director of Business Development

Chris is a Professional Mechanical Engineer with over 30 years of experience in energy, industrial, commercial and environmental engineering. He helped found the Southeast Energy Efficiency Alliance and several energy consulting businesses. Chris wrote the manual and managed $90 million of Performance Contracting for the State of Georgia at the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (State Energy Office).
